This dynamic new boxing, kickboxing, and strength training program will improve your core strength, mobility, coordination, and overall condition.

Challenging 30-minute sessions target the stomach, shoulders, low back, thighs, and butt, with an emphasis on safety.  A variety of kick-punch combinations and strength training drills will engage the entire body and the mind.

30 minutes for one: $35
30 minutes for two: $25 each
