This class is a mindful Ayurvedic wellness approach to purifying your body of toxins and congestion through a practice infused with special combinations of postures, sequences, and powerful breathing exercises. Appropriate for beginners to experienced practitioners.

POWER YOGA

This class takes the athleticism of Ashtanga, including lots of vinyasas, but gives each instructor the flexibility to teach any poses in any order, making every class different.

FLOW YOGA

This class takes poses and strings them together in a vinyasa (flow) to create a graceful yet challenging class. There are times when poses are held longer or explored a bit deeper.

HOT YOGA

This class is for the student who likes to sweat and be challenged both at the physical and mental level. Teaching emphasizes the linking of breath to movement, encouraging a slower more meditative flow from pose to pose. (Please note the temp for this class is 100)

YINYASA
