Casie joined Barre One in June, 2015 and has been thrilled by her results. She took a moment to share her journey with us.
“I started Barre after giving birth. During my pregnancy, I did ZERO workouts (unless walking from the bed to the couch counts) and gained over 70 pounds. Starting Barre One was the best possible thing I could have done after my pregnancy. I have noticed both physical and emotional changes. I have lost 57 pounds, gone down multiple pant sizes, become much healthier, more confident, made many friends at the barre, and have felt so much better about myself. My favorite part of class is probably the atmosphere as a whole. I feel like I am part of a big, positive family!”
